ReputaPilot tools / full audit

Ten checks. One honest read on inbox risk.

Run the checks that matter together: DNS authentication, sender reputation, message content, bounce signals, and domain-level deliverability risk. Add only the context you have — the result clearly separates a failed check from one that needs more input.

What the audit checks

Ten free signals give you a practical starting point: what is configured correctly, what could hold back delivery, and where to focus before sending more volume.

How the composite score works
Each completed check contributes to one weighted view of deliverability risk. See the full scoring model in the composite-score guide.
  • Authentication

    30%

The records that prove your mail is authorized to send.

  • Reputation

    30%

The signals that shape how providers trust your sending domain.

  • Content

    20%

The message-level signals that can push a send toward spam.

  • Hygiene

    20%

The list-quality signals that keep avoidable bounces down.

What the confidence means
The score is useful only when you know how much of the audit it represents.
  • Completed checks contribute their configured weighted scores.
  • Unavailable or failed checks contribute nothing; the remaining weights are normalized across what did complete.
  • That makes a partial result directional, not a substitute for a full audit. With zero completed checks, there is no usable composite score.

Run the ten-signal audit
Start with a sending domain and DKIM selector. Add the evidence you have — optional fields unlock more checks, but subject and body must be entered together.
01 Sending identity

Use a bare sending domain such as example.com. Protocols and paths are cleaned up.

Enter the selector token only, such as default or google — not the full DNS record.

Optional fallback selector tokens, separated with commas or new lines.

Optional sending IP in IPv4 or IPv6 format.

Optional complete From address, for example sender@example.com.

02 Message evidence

Paste the raw header block, including Authentication-Results when available.

Optional message subject. Include the body below to run content checks.

Optional bounce or SMTP response text, including the status code if present.

Optional message content. Enter it together with the subject, or leave both blank.

The audit runs as one request. Empty evidence sections remain visible in the result as “needs input,” never as a misleading zero.

Run a focused check

Start with one signal

Need to isolate one issue before running the full audit? Use the focused checker that matches the signal you want to investigate.
