Every SPF / DKIM / DMARC verdict, black/blocklist lookup, and header parse is the same lookup the providers consult, exposed through a free public checker so the result is verifiable end to end.
Threshold rules fire an email the moment a reading drops below your floor or slides N points on a window. The fix loop you script runs against the same numbers the alert was generated from.

Deliverability is full of shortcuts: AI content generation, mass warm-up bots, black-box scores. We built ReputaPilot as the opposite — a tool whose numbers are defensible at the next QBR, the next incident review, and the next provider policy change.
ReputaPilot does not write your emails or generate subject lines. We score what you’ve already sent and tell you what the providers are about to do with the next send.
Every input and weight is documented, every composite is auditable end to end. "Trust the score" is not an answer we give — the spreadsheet behind the score is the answer.
We do not run a bot network that pretends to be your recipients. Auto warm-up is paced on real engagement signals from your own list, layered on top of the manual day-by-day ramp the providers actually reward.
If a reading moves, you see which provider moved it and which sub-component dragged the composite. Threshold rules and alert history are queryable, not buried behind a brand-walled dashboard.
